Description
The first semester of a two semester organic chemistry course designed to meet the needs of science students. The course covers a survey of various organic functional groups, stereochemistry, nomenclature and reactions of saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons, alkyl halides, and aromaticity. Prerequisite: CHEM-112 with a “C†or better.
