Interview Strategies and Techniques (HSER 160)

An introduction to the components of interviewing and counseling within human services. The characteristics and roles of interviewer and counselor will be explored and practiced by the student. This class involves role play, video analysis, and audio and video taping of student interviews. Corequisites: HSER-100, COMM-103.
