Description

This course provides the necessary foundation for students who plan to study Calculus. This course examines the behavior of linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions. Other topics include trigonometric identities, systems of equations, inequalities, complex numbers, the conics, polar coordinates, sequences, series, and limits. Graphing calculator is REQUIRED. Prerequsite: MATH-105 with a grade of 'C' or better or the appropriate score on the math placement test.
