You have been placed on Financial Aid Suspension due to not meeting the Satisfactory Academic Progress standards. You have the right to appeal this decision.
Please note: You may only appeal your financial aid status twice during your academic career at Bay College whether or not those appeals were approved.

Appeal Process:
Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and could take up to 15 working days.
Appeals received after the semester begins may NOT be considered for that semester.
When your appeal is considered you may be:
- Reinstated for financial aid eligibility on an Academic Plan. Your academic record will be reviewed at the end of each semester while you are on an Academic Plan. Failure to meet the conditions of the Plan at any time will result in the loss of financial aid eligibility.
- Denied reinstatement of financial aid eligibility. If you are denied, you have the option to attend Bay College at your own expense. Once you meet the academic standards of the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy, you will be reinstated for financial aid eligibility.
An email will be sent to you with your appeal decision.
