The TRIO Student Support Services program at Bay College provides opportunities for academic, social, cultural, and career development for college students.  We are an accessible student-centered environment that enhances the retention, graduation, and transfer rates of first-generation, low-income, and disabled students.  Continuous academic, personal, and cultural development is at the forefront of our many services, including academic and career coaching, financial guidance, and peer and professional mentoring.  Our passionate and committed staff strives to ensure that every student recognizes his or her unique potential, regardless of one’s socioeconomic background.  We support and guide students from their point of entry through graduation and/or transfer to a university and beyond, building their confidence and self-worth every step of the way.
