If you plan to participate in the Commencement ceremony, you must complete a separate RSVP form. This application does not register you for Commencement.

This form is only for students who are close to completing their degree requirements. It should be submitted during your second-to-last semester or when you are nearing the completion of your coursework.

Submitting this application will initiate a degree audit to confirm your eligibility for graduation. This form only needs to be completed once per degree.
