Jenzabar tests the portal
against web-accessibility standards as established in either Section 508 of the
Rehabilitation Act and/or similarly drafted state and local standards.
Clients are strongly encouraged to follow these same guidelines in the creation
of custom portlets and the distribution of web-based content to ensure equal
accessibility to all users. If a customer reports a problem in this area,
Jenzabar is committed to making the necessary correction or adjustment to address
the accessibility issue as part of a Jenzabar software update, release, or hot
fix or as a services engagement.
