    Bidders are required to attend a mandatory scheduled pre-bid walk-through Monday, April 28, at 1:00 pm ET at Bay College, 2001 N Lincoln Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829, commencing at Parking Lot E.

    All inquiries concerning proposals should be directed to Steven Carlson, Director of Facilities, at (906) 217-4080 or steve.carlson@baycollege.edu.  Alternate contact is Sherri Viau at (906) 217-4070 or sherri.viau@baycollege.edu. Inquiries must be initiated by Friday, May 2.

    Sealed proposals and all required documents must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 8, and will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. ET at Bay College, 2001 N. Lincoln Road, Escanaba, MI in Room SC 525.

    Notification to the successful Bidder will be by Tuesday, May 13 and a contract to be submitted to Bay College for review by May 20.
