    Motor Coach Services for Athletic Team Travel

    All inquiries concerning proposals should be directed to Matt Johnson, Athletic Director at matt.c.johnson@baycollege.edu and Sherri Viau at sherri.viau@baycollege.edu.  Inquiries must be initiated by June 19, 2026.  Responses to inquiries and clarification requests will be posted under Motor Coach Services RFP Q &A at https://mybay.baycollege.edu/ICS/Request_for_Proposal.jnz.

    Sealed proposals and all required documents must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 25, and will be publicly opened.

    Notification to the successful Bidder will be by Thursday, July 9 and a contract to be submitted to Bay College by Awardee for review within 5 business days.
