    Heavy-Duty Truck RFP

    Proposal Copies:

    Prospective Bidders send one original and 2 copies of the proposal, enclosed in one sealed box or other package, in a manner that assures receipt by December 30, 2025, 1:00 pm ET.  Package must be sealed and designated prominently “Heav-Duty Truck RFP”. All proposals must be received at 2001 N Lincoln Road, Escanaba, MI 49829 by the RFP deadline.  We do not accept emailed proposals.

     Notification Date:

    Notification to the successful Bidder will be by January 9, 2026.
